What is a blog? The term "blog" is quite general and covers a number of different areas such as:

You can make your blog whatever you want it to be. There are currently millions of blogs, in all shapes and sizes, covering different areas and there are no real rules as to what the content of your blog contains.
Blogging has been around for a number of years but recently has become incredibly popular with everyone from music acts to politicians contributing their own thoughts and views.
